Welcome to MVP-Only (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (mvp-only.com), services, creator management, marketing services, and any related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To access or use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

  • Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

  • Have the legal capacity to enter this agreement

You confirm you are not located in a jurisdiction where adult content creation or management is prohibited.

2. Relationship Between MVP-Only and Creators

MVP-Only acts as a management and marketing agency for content creators. We do not own or operate OnlyFans or any other third-party platform.

Creators maintain full ownership of:

  • Their OnlyFans account(s)

  • All content they produce

  • Any intellectual property they create

MVP-Only assists in managing and monetizing these assets in accordance with a separate Creator Agreement that defines compensation, revenue share, and responsibilities.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Creator Agreement, the Creator Agreement controls.

3. Use of Services

Users and creators agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or platform rules

  • Share or distribute unlawful, abusive, harmful, or explicit content involving minors

  • Upload or publish content they do not own or have rights to

  • Attempt to breach or misuse our systems, data, or brand

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

4. Payments and Revenue Share

Payment terms, revenue splits, withdrawals, and billing practices for creators are governed by the Creator Agreement executed separately.

Refunds, chargebacks, or financial disputes regarding OnlyFans or similar platforms must be handled directly with the relevant platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by MVP-Only — including strategies, marketing assets, and systems — remain the exclusive property of the Company.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Reverse-engineer

any proprietary assets without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential business, strategic, or revenue information strictly private and not disclose it to any third party without consent, except as required by law.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services rely on third-party platforms including OnlyFans. We are not responsible for:

  • Their performance

  • Account bans/suspensions

  • Their policies or content moderation

  • Their payment systems or revenue delays

Creators must comply with each platform’s own terms and rules.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate Services at any time for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Illegal activity

  • Misuse of brand assets or platforms

Upon termination:

  • Any ongoing campaigns may cease immediately

  • Financial settlements will be handled per the Creator Agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP-Only is not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Content takedowns

  • Account restrictions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVP-Only from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or platform policy

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
